This is my new service spot!! I hesitate sharing this best kept secret because then all the appointments will be gone  but John is he greatest! After getting every service done at my dealership since 2008 I was getting tired of the run around, high prices, and things going overlooked. I drive from Chino Hills to bring my husbands and my car here. If you’re like me and you car is your baby and you want the best for your baby then bring it here!

Of course I have been to New Era since my last review but I wanted to give continued praise for such a well done job. Both of my vehicles are aging and it’s very important that they stay in good repair. I can’t afford new vehicles at this time and John always makes sure I am safe on the road. He hasn’t let me down yet. I would surely continue to send anyone his way with no matter what car they own. I have a 2002 Excursion and a Mercedes and he knows them equally the same. His vast knowledge is so impressive! His garage is so clean and organized, he keeps his clients well informed of the process. I really like that!

Highly recommend New Era! John was recommended to us by a friend and now we recommend him/New Era to our friends. You can tell he cares about doing right. We took our Fit in for transmission fluid change and he called us to let us know that, if money was tight, he would wait on the fluid change and take care of front tires first, since they were a more pressing need. We took our van in when we heard funny noises when braking and when he inspected it, he said the brakes and rotors were fine. Some places would have changed them even though they were fine and handed us the bill. Very competent – John and staff are skilled in their trade, very kind, and refreshingly fair. Thank you!

John Eini did excellent work on my 98 Toyota SR 5 4RUNNER!  It had over 216K mi on the odometer
before taking a 1,400 mi RT trip to Lake Tahoe.  No issues.  Glad I was able to bring my 4Runner to him to get me in the road!
